who we are

Stumpknocker team are outdoors enthusiasts who love sharing their passion and expertise as well as participating in outdoor sports. When you are on a trip with Stumpknocker, you will feel like a friend instead of a client, with many stories to be told and many laughs to be had. We shoot fish mostly in shallow water up to 3 feet. We operate in waterways with many different fish species, including Sheepshead, Mullet, Sandperch, Black Drum, and Stingrays.

  • DO YOU NEED EXPERIENCE TO HUNT?

    No experience is necessary. We accommodate all levels of sportspeople.

  • IS THERE AN AGE REQUIREMENT?

    Gator hunts 18 or older. 

     

    Bowfishing 12 or older.

  • WILL YOUR EQUIPMENT FIT ME?

    All of our bowfishing equipment is fully adjustable to fit all ages male and female.

  • WHAT SHOULD WE BRING ON OUR HUNT?

    Water and all equipment is provided. If you have a favorite bow or equipment please feel free to bring along. 

     

    You are welcome to bring your own food, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages. Alcohol is not permitted onboard. 

     

    Closed toed shoes are required.

     

    Day-time hunts, we recommend sunglasses and hats.

     

    Night-time hunts, we recommend long sleeve shirts. 

     

    Don’t forget your camera. 

     

    Bug spray and sunscreen is available onboard.
